- Inspection limitations: The Mold Removers LLC will thoroughly inspect your property for visible mold growth and signs of water damage. However, we are not responsible for issues that are undetectable at the time of inspection.
- Potential for regrowth: Mold regrowth may occur in treated areas and is not the fault of our company. Environmental factors and maintenance play a significant role in mold prevention.
In certain circumstances, a one-year warranty may be provided.
